Days that inspire and unite!

During these days, the organisers of the ‘Millennial Hero’ course, together with the participants of the ‘Baida’ Youth Movement, went on a real journey of self-discovery and teamwork.

They began with the opening of the ‘Movement Towards the Goal’ seminar and a presentation of its concept to set the tone for a productive day.
The morning was filled with energy thanks to exercises, breathing practices, and a yoga class.
They created a personal intention — an internal guide that will serve as a compass on the path to their goals.

Lunch from the field kitchen created an atmosphere of unity and friendship.
In groups (male/female), we worked on the topic ‘My mission in this life’ — we discussed, set goals, and planned how to achieve them.
We had a sincere discussion: ‘What does it mean to be an adult in the modern world?’

At the workshop, they created their own hero — a symbol of inner strength and dreams.
They finished with meditation and manifestation techniques to bring each goal closer.

Reflection at the end helped them realise that this day was another step towards a conscious, strong and purposeful future!
