The “HORIZONS” Leadership Seminar: Developing a New Generation of Leaders

The “HORIZONS” leadership seminar was held in Kyiv, bringing together student government leaders from schools in the Shevchenkivskyi district—students in grades 8–11. It was a space for those ready to take responsibility, grow, and influence the world around them today.

Participants learned to set their goals and understand how to move toward them step by step, find confidence during times of change, and bring their own ideas to life. The course program was in-depth and multifaceted, covering key topics:
🔹 Goal — as a direction and guide to the future
🔹 Worldview — how to remain steadfast in a changing world
🔹 Body — as the foundation of development and a resource
🔹 Mind — how to better understand and manage your state
🔹 abundance mindset — how to cultivate an inner sense of possibility
🔹 spiritual maturity — how to grow internally
🔹 effective communication — how to build connections and find like-minded people

A special focus was placed on the practical component of identifying one’s greatest true dream and developing a strategy to realize it.

A special part of the program was a yoga class led by Serhiy Poltavchenko. The practice helped participants better connect with their bodies, release tension, and restore inner balance.

The seminar was led by Stanislav Kunts, Serhiy Poltavchenko, and Ms. Marina, who guided the participants throughout the training and shared their experiences.

All participants received certificates of completion for the seminar 🌿
